A luxury hotel in Killybegs is seeking a full-time Chef de Partie to join their kitchen team. The ideal candidate will have more than two years of experience in professional cookery. Responsibilities include cooking food to order and assisting the head chefs. The role offers a competitive salary of €34,000 per annum.

- Must have at least 2 years of experience as a chef.
- Experienced in professional cookery.
Responsabilités
- Help on different sections of the kitchen.
- Assist the head chef and sous chefs during service.
- Help with kitchen health and hygiene procedures.
- Cook food to order.
Connaissances
In order to work in Ireland a non-EEA National, unless they are exempted, must hold a valid employment permit.

Lough Eske Castle hotel requires a full time Chef de Partie to join the kitchen team of its luxury hotel.
Working on starters and main courses, and helping with kitchen health and hygiene when needed you will be an important part of the kitchen team in this luxury hotel.
Must have at least 2 years chef experience and be experienced in professional cookery.
Full time permanent position. 39 hours per week. Euro 34,000 per annum salary.

Duties and responsibilities will include:
