My client, located in South Dublin, is expanding and seeking a proactiveOffice Administrator. This is an office-based position,Monday through Friday, from 8:30 a.m. to 5:30 p.m.
In this role, you’ll efficiently manage the front desk and deliver frontline helpdesk support to customers, logging and monitoring all calls via Salesforce CRM until each issue is resolved. As the Office Administrator, you’ll interact daily with both clients and colleagues, handling a high volume of calls in a friendly, professional, and efficient manner. Since their systems are critical to client operations, fast responses and effective problem-solving skills are vital to prevent any disruptions.
