Salesforce Ireland seeks an Account Executive for the UKI market, based in Dublin. You will own the end-to-end sales cycle—from prospecting to close—for a strategic SMB territory, focusing on AI-powered CRM and the Salesforce platform.

You will partner with cross-functional teams to map customer challenges to AI and Data solutions, build trusted relationships with decision-makers, and drive expansion within existing accounts while delivering innovative value.

Qualifications

• Full-Cycle Sales: quota-carrying, tech/SaaS sales experience from prospecting to close.
• Territory & Account Planning: create territory & account plans to identify, qualify, and close opportunities.
• Research & Discovery: uncover prospect challenges, processes, goals.
• Solutioning: craft value propositions mapped to customer needs.

Responsibilities

• Lead a dedicated customer set in UKI, managing complex sales from lead generation to closing.
• Drive new business acquisition and expansion, with focus on strategic growth.
• Utilise consultative approach to map Salesforce AI/Data solutions to customer goals.
• Build trusted relationships with decision-makers through digital engagement and meetings.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to optimize the sales funnel and close deals.
