Joe Duffy Group is looking for a full-time trainee Aftersales Advisor to work at Audi Approved:plus in Drogheda. This role offers a fantastic opportunity to receive structured training as you support customers with servicing and parts needs.

During the six-month training program, you will learn vital skills in customer service, vehicle management, and dealership processes. A clean driving license and a keen interest in the motor trade are essential.

Qualifications

• A full and clean Irish or EU driving licence for manual cars is essential.
• Strong customer service experience preferred.
• Willingness to learn about the motor trade.

Responsibilities

• Be the first point of contact for customers needing service or parts.
• Manage service inquiries via phone and in-person.
• Qualify service needs and diagnose vehicle issues.
• Supply detailed parts quotations to customers.
