Job summary

Qualifications

• Premium used car sales experience with 2+ years in a sales management or senior sales role.
• Deep knowledge of premium used car market and valuation processes.
• Hands-on, highly visible dealership leadership with customer focus.
• Strong commercial sense focused on profitability, stock control and satisfaction.
• Excellent communication and negotiation skills with natural leadership.
• Strong analytical and organisational skills.
• Full clean EU driving licence.

Responsibilities

• Direct Sales & Engagement: Personally engage in premium sales process—handling enquiries, test drives, negotiations and closing high-value deals.
• Team Leadership: Inspire, coach, and lead a high-performing sales team to meet showroom targets.
• Stock & Margin Management: Optimise inventory and pricing to maximise profitability.
• Brand Standards: Maintain Audi brand guidelines, digital merchandising, and corporate standards.
• Performance Tracking: Own forecasting, reporting and KPIs, including F&I penetration.
• Customer Experience: Create a premium showroom environment for luxury buyers.
• Culture: Foster continuous improvement and accountability across the floor.
