Job summary

AutoBoland Group is recruiting a Parts Advisor to join our team at Audi Waterford in Waterford, Ireland. The role focuses on identifying, supplying, and managing vehicle parts to support workshop technicians and customers.

The ideal candidate will have experience in retail/warehousing, strong organizational skills, and excellent customer service. Training and progression opportunities are available within the Aftersales Department.

Qualifications

• Previous experience in retail, warehouse, trade counter, stores or similar fast-paced environment.
• Strong organizational and multitasking skills.
• Excellent communication and customer service skills.
• High attention to detail and accuracy.

Responsibilities

• Identify and supply parts to trade and retail customers.
• Manage stock levels and inventory control.
• Maintain accurate stock records and ensure inventory accuracy.
• Support workshop technicians by ensuring parts are available in a timely manner.
• Handle customer enquiries face-to-face, over the phone, and online.
• Process parts orders and meet workshop requirements.
• Maintain a clean, organized parts department.
• Develop knowledge across Audi parts and accessories.
• Collaborate with Aftersales Department to deliver excellent customer experience.
