Job summary

CPM Ireland is seeking a Territory Sales Developer to maximise orders and sales across Dunnes stores, combining sales, merchandising and activations. You will manage core range distribution, planograms, and promotions within your region, reporting daily data and achieving targets.

The role requires a full driving licence and previous FMCG sales/merchandising experience in the multiples channel. A company vehicle and performance-based bonus are included.

Qualifications

• Must have energy and enthusiasm.
• Excellent interpersonal and time management skills are required.
• Attention to detail and target-driven mindset.
• Technology aware with intermediate computer literacy (MS Word, Outlook).
• MS Word and Outlook proficiency; Power BI experience is a plus.

Responsibilities

• To increase business and maximise sales.
• Adhere to a defined retail call file and journey plan.
• Deliver and execute objectives set by your line manager.
• Increase distribution and availability of core range in stores.
• Place orders electronically to prevent gaps.
• Implement planograms and promotions to boost distribution.
• Record data accurately and submit daily.
• Sell in and build activations in line with targets.
• Maintain CPM and Client standards at all times.
• Attend weekly team conference calls and monthly meetings.
