Job summary

CPM International seeks a Territory Sales Developer in Ireland to drive orders and sales across assigned stores. The role combines sales, merchandising and activations to ensure core range availability and adherence to planograms and promotions.

You will manage store relationships, execute promotions, record data, and report back with timely updates to help CPM and clients meet targets.

Qualifications

• Must have energy and enthusiasm.
• Excellent interpersonal skills and time management.
• Attention to detail and target driven.
• Technology aware with intermediate computer literacy (MS Word, Outlook, Power BI).
• Full driving licence is essential.
• Previous sales or merchandising experience in the retail sector.
• Good understanding of FMCG with knowledge of the convenience channel desirable.

Responsibilities

• To increase business and maximise sales.
• Adhere to a defined retail call file and journey plan.
• Deliver and execute the agreed objectives and targets as set out by your line manager.
• Increase distribution and availability within store of core range and process.
• Appropriate orders electronically for all stores to prevent gaps.
• Increase distribution and availability within store by implementing planograms and promotions.
• Record all data accurately and submit in a timely manner on a daily basis.
• Sell in and build activations in line with company targets.
• Merchandising off sales and understand customer needs.
• Communicate effectively with store management and line managers.
• Provide feedback at regular intervals through verbal and spreadsheet reports.
• Maintain CPM and client standards at all times.
• Attend team conference calls and meetings regularly.
• Generate new ideas and ways of working.
