Job summary

CPM Ireland is seeking a Territory Sales Developer to drive sales and activations across assigned stores, ensuring core range availability and planogram execution. You will manage relationships with store managers, deliver daily data, and strive to exceed targets.

The role combines sales, merchandising and activation, with a focus on achieving KPIs, using a digital mindset to maximise orders and contribute to CPM's growth in the Irish market.

Qualifications

• Full driving licence is essential.
• Previous sales or merchandising experience in Dunnes stores is essential.
• Good understanding of the FMCG sector with knowledge of the Multiples channel (Dunnes & SuperValu).

Responsibilities

• Increase business and maximise sales.
• Adhere to a defined retail call file and journey plan.
• Deliver and execute objectives set by line manager.
• Increase distribution and availability of core range in stores.
