Job summary

CPM Ireland is seeking a Territory Sales Developer to provide nationwide sales coverage in Dunnes, driving sales of core SKUs while ensuring optimal distribution and activations. You will manage planograms, place electronic orders to prevent gaps, and report data daily to management.

The role emphasizes sales, merchandising and activation with an essential driving licence and FMCG knowledge. Nights are required for this nationwide position.

Qualifications

• As this is a nationwide role, nights are required.
• Must have energy and enthusiasm.
• Excellent interpersonal and time management skills.
• Attention to detail and target driven.
• Technology aware with intermediate computer literacy (MS Word, Outlook, Power BI).
• Full clean driving licence is essential.
• Experience selling into Dunnes stores is essential.
• FMCG sector knowledge including SuperValu & Convenience channels.

Responsibilities

• Provide nationwide sales coverage in Dunnes to the core sales team.
• Increase business and maximise sales.
• Adhere to a defined retail call file and journey plan.
• Deliver and execute objectives and targets set by management.
• Increase distribution and availability of core range in stores.
• Place appropriate orders electronically to prevent gaps.
• Implement national and local planograms and promotions.
• Record data daily and report back to management.
• Sell in and build activations in line with company targets.
• Merchandise off-sale and understand customer needs.
• Communicate with store management and line managers.
• Provide feedback via verbal updates and spreadsheets.
• Strive for high performance and maintain CPM/client standards.
• Attend weekly team conference calls and monthly meetings.
• Generate new ideas and improve ways of working.
• Operate efficiently to complete all tasks.
