Job summary

CPM Ireland is seeking a driven Territory Sales Developer to grow orders across assigned stores. You will combine sales, merchandising and activation to maximise core range availability and point-of-sale impact.

The role requires a full driving licence, retail merchandising experience and a good understanding of FMCG channels. You will report to the regional manager and work across multiple stores with a focus on delivering targets and sustained store presence.

Qualifications

• Full driving licence is essential.
• Previous sales or merchandising experience in the retail sector.
• A good understanding of the FMCG sector with knowledge of the convenience channel desirable.

Responsibilities

• Increase business and maximise sales in assigned stores.
• Adhere to a defined retail call file and journey plan.
• Deliver and execute objectives and targets set by management.
• Increase distribution and availability of core range and process.
• Place appropriate orders electronically for all stores to prevent gaps.
• Implement national and local planograms and promotions.
• Record data accurately and submit daily.
• Sell in activations in line with company targets.
• Merchandise off sales and understand customer needs.
• Communicate with store management and line managers effectively.
• Provide feedback via verbal updates and spreadsheets.
• Strive for high performance and CPM/client standards.
• Attend weekly team calls and monthly meetings.
• Generate new ideas and improve ways of working.
