Job summary

EY is seeking a Technology Strategy Consultant at Manager, Senior Manager or Director level in Dublin to shape technology strategies for financial services clients and lead experienced consultants.

You will engage with executive leaders, deliver digital transformation programs, and drive business development while fostering continuous learning and knowledge sharing within a collaborative EY culture.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s or master’s degree in computer science, IT, business or related field.
• Professional certifications in Agile or technology (desired).

Responsibilities

• Lead a diverse team of tech strategy consultants delivering digital strategy, CTO advisory, agile transformation, IT cost optimisation, and operating model design.
• Engage with executive leaders in financial services to understand challenges and drive strategic problem-solving.
• Define and oversee the development and implementation of bespoke technology strategies and solutions.
• Direct delivery of technology assessments, strategy development, and manage complex projects to high standards.
