Qualifications
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in a relevant field (Computer Science, IT, Business).
- 3+ years of experience in technology delivery, digital transformation or IT advisory.
- Experience with Agile and Waterfall delivery environments, and strong stakeholder communication.
Responsibilities
- Collaborate with Technology Consulting teams on transformation projects across Payments, Banking and Credit, Digital and Channels.
- Engage with FS clients to understand business needs, define requirements, and analyse complex processes.
- Develop and prioritise change requirements, epics and user stories with supporting design documentation.
- Act as an intermediary between business and technology stakeholders to align outcomes with strategy.
- Contribute to technology assessments, strategy development and project execution.
- Work with Product Owners and scrum teams to drive requirements through design, build and test.
