Job summary

EY FS Ireland is seeking a Technical Delivery Lead in Finance to drive large-scale technology transformations in Dublin. You will manage multi-vendor delivery, coordinate with architects, product owners and stakeholders, and ensure end-to-end delivery across the SDLC with Agile, Waterfall and hybrid approaches.

Ideal candidates have 8+ years of delivery experience in financial services, strong leadership, communication and the ability to deliver complex projects on time and to high standards,

Qualifications

• 8+ years of experience in technology delivery or technical project management within financial services or other complex regulated environments.
• Experience across large-scale technology transformation with full software delivery lifecycle involvement.
• Strong stakeholder management across business, technology, architecture, engineering and delivery teams.
• Knowledge of IT SDLC methodologies including Agile, Waterfall and hybrid delivery approaches.
• Proven track record delivering complex projects on time and to high quality standards.

Responsibilities

• Lead the delivery of complex technology transformation initiatives across financial services clients.
• Collaborate with solution architects, product owners, engineering leads, test leads, vendors and client stakeholders to drive delivery.
• Develop and maintain detailed delivery plans, manage scope, risks, issues, dependencies and delivery quality.
• Ensure successful completion of major delivery activities across requirements, analysis, design, build, testing and deployment.
• Apply delivery discipline across SDLC methodologies, including Agile, Waterfall and hybrid delivery models.
• Mentor and support team members, fostering continuous learning and delivery excellence.
