Qualifications

• 6-8 years’ proven track record delivering large-scale, complex transformation programs within consulting engagements and the Financial Services industry.
• Deep understanding of a variety of business operations, with design, lean process improvement and both waterfall and agile methods.
• Exceptional client relationship management skills and experience influencing senior stakeholders.

Responsibilities

• Lead complex workstreams in transformation programs across strategy, operations transformation, digital transformation and customer experience.
• Own client relationships and influence senior stakeholders to drive alignment and measurable outcomes.
• Oversee projects end-to-end, from business case through execution and close-out, managing scope and budgets.
• Supervise and coach teams to ensure delivery excellence and high performance.
• Apply structured problem solving and methodologies to deliver performance improvements.
