EY Dublin is seeking a Senior Manager within the Financial Services Transformation Delivery team. You will lead large-scale business transformations, shaping delivery strategies and partnering with senior client executives to deliver real value across banking, asset management and insurance engagements.

Qualifications

• 10+ years senior level experience in consulting and delivery of large-scale complex business transformations within large Financial Services clients (Banking, Insurance).
• Experience in a matrix managed organisation.
• Primary degree.
• Experience in establishing, training and managing teams comprised of staff, contractors, and strategic partners.
• Strong financial background including experience of business case development and financial governance.
• Excellent communication skills – tailoring communications to suit a mix of audiences.
• Deep functional expertise with accreditation in programme/domain e.g. Credit, Risk, Finance.
• Proven track record delivering business value from Business Consulting as a senior Programme Manager.
• Programme and Project Management track record with blue-chip firm or as Delivery Lead.

Responsibilities

• Build valuable relationships with clients and develop a track-record of delivery recognised in the market.
• Deliver strategic business transformations for FS clients, ensuring service quality on multiple engagements.
• Manage end-to-end delivery within scope, time and budget.
• Lead PMO Team, Workstream Leads and Project Managers.
• Represent the initiative at governance sessions and EY internal meetings.
