Qualifications

• 12+ years of experience leading complex technology transformation programmes, ideally in financial services.
• Proven ability to lead major programmes across the full software delivery lifecycle.
• Strong senior stakeholder management, governance, and executive-level reporting.

Responsibilities

• Lead large-scale technology transformation programmes from mobilisation to delivery and benefits realisation.
• Provide senior programme leadership across multi-disciplinary teams.
• Establish governance, controls, delivery plans and risk management.
• Act as trusted advisor to senior client stakeholders and translate risks into decisions.
• Ensure alignment of client objectives with technology strategy and business value.
• Lead delivery quality and cross-vendor coordination.
