Qualifications

• Degree-qualified with proven experience in business transformation.
• Minimum 3 years' track record delivering complex change in Financial Services.
• Expertise across full project lifecycle from initiation to delivery.
• Ability to navigate ambiguity and complex problems.
• Strong problem-solving and resilience; high personal impact.
• Exceptional communication skills with senior stakeholders.
