Job summary

Ernst & Young in Dublin seeks a Finance Services Director – Business Transformation to lead large-scale change initiatives in the banking and insurance sectors. You will drive end-to-end transformations, build trusted client relationships, and guide cross-functional teams to deliver measurable value.

As a Director in EY FSO, you will shape strategy, manage budgets, and work with executive stakeholders to ensure delivery excellence and regulatory alignment.

Qualifications

• 12+ years senior level experience in consulting and delivery of large-scale complex change programmes.
• Primary degree.
• Experience in establishment, training and managing teams comprised of staff, contractors and strategic partners.

Responsibilities

• Lead large and complex (multi-year / multi-million) business transformations end-to-end.
• Build valuable client relationships and develop a track-record of delivery recognised in the market.
• Deliver strategic business transformations for Financial Services clients across business, IT and regulatory domains.
• Manage end-to-end transformation within scope, quality, time and budget and in line with EY standards.
• Provide leadership to the Transformation team and mentor colleagues to support career development.
