Qualifications

• 6-8 years’ proven track record delivering large-scale, complex transformation programs in consulting and FS.
• Experience in strategy, operating model design, lean process improvement, and both waterfall and agile methods.
• Exceptional client relationship management developed through consulting roles or financial services/tech.
• Ability to influence senior stakeholders with credibility and professionalism.
• Proven leadership across multiple workstreams and teams.
• Strong communication for presenting to executives and driving consensus.

Responsibilities

• Lead complex workstreams in transformation programs across strategy, operations, digital, and customer experience.
• Own client relationships and influence senior stakeholders to drive measurable outcomes.
• Oversee projects across full lifecycle: business case, execution, and close-out.
• Supervise and mentor teams to deliver delivery excellence.
• Apply structured problem-solving and analytics to improve performance.
• Facilitate workshops and interviews to translate insights into roadmaps.
• Communicate clearly across EY teams, clients, and external stakeholders.
• Demonstrate measurable impact from transformation engagements and share lessons learned.
• Build trusted client relationships as a strategic advisor.
