Qualifications

  • 3–5 years in Technology TA recruiting.
  • Experience sourcing in a busy multinational organization.

Responsibilities

  • Partner with the Team and Leader to implement effective recruiting methodologies and closing strategies.
  • Manage the recruiting process from initial interview to offer.
  • Proactively align with TA colleagues to understand recruitment needs and plan hires.
  • Oversee hiring approvals to ensure timely entry of roles in the ATS.
  • Demonstrate ownership of tasks and accountability in performance of the role.
  • Screen candidates against role specs and prepare an ideal slate within timelines.
  • Build and maintain a network of potential candidates through market research and ongoing relationships.

Job description

Our client is currently seeking a Talent Acquisition Consultant to join their internal Recruitment function the internal function supports in the identifying and management of optimum recruiting solutions for Technical Talent across the organisation and is focused on groups of countries

Talent Acquisition Recruiting specialist will be aligned to support a proportion of the business area within a team, and is responsible for supporting all the recruiting needs in that area. The Contract Recruiter will draw on extensive knowledge of Technical Talent Acquisition Recruiting and functional areas of the business, forging dynamic relationships with business leaders, hiring managers, in country TA colleagues and leaders.

The ideal candidate will have a reputation for being exceptional at client and candidate management, possess strong verbal and written communication skills, have an ability to prioritize their time, demonstrate a deep sense of urgency and understand the value of providing amazing client service.

  • Partner with the Team and Leader to ensure effective recruiting methodology is used, assessments are conducted where required, and closing approaches with an ability to manage Candidate & Hiring Manager’s expectations through a deep understanding of return on investment.
  • Manage the recruiting process for candidates from initial interview to offer
  • Proactively work with the Talent Acquisition colleagues to understand the recruitment needs and formulate recruitment plans
  • Oversee the hiring approval process to ensure the timely entry of all new roles in the applicant tracking
  • Display a culture of individual ownership of tasks to embed a clear individual sense of accountability in performing the role
  • Possess strong ability to screen interview candidates within the framework of the position specifications and prepare an ideal candidate slate within an appropriate and consistent timeline.
  • Build and maintain network of potential candidates through pro‑active market research and on‑going relationship management; conducts in‑depth interviews of potential candidates, demonstrating ability to anticipate hiring manager preferences through high offer‑to‑interview ratios.
  • Recommend ideas and strategies related to recruitment that will contribute to the long‑range growth of the company, implementing any new processes and fine tuning standard processes for recruiting
The successful candidate will have:
  • at least 3-5 years in core Technology TA recruiting
  • Experience of having sourced in a busy/demanding multinational organization
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Strong time management and organizational skills
  • successfully managed, prioritized and close job requisition against a timeline
  • Experience setting benchmarks, metrics, and understand how to prioritize to hit all customer SLAs along with internal and external TAT’s.
