Job summary

Salesforce is seeking a Recruiting Coordinator to partner with Talent Delivery and Hiring teams, ensuring a best-in-class candidate experience. You’ll own interview scheduling across regional and global units and contribute to high-potential projects to grow internally.

In this role, you will manage logistics for phone, virtual, panel and onsite interviews, handle travel and reimbursements, and ensure compliance with employment processes.

Qualifications

• 1+ years of experience in a customer facing industry.
• 1+ years of experience in an operational or administrative role.
• Fluent French

Responsibilities

• Schedule and coordinate interviews across multiple units globally, including phone, virtual, panel and onsite.
• Manage interview logistics, travel (flights & accommodation) and candidate reimbursements; greet onsite candidates.
• Audit Employment Agreements before issuing to candidates and ensure Background Investigations are completed timely.
• Build partnerships with recruiters and hiring managers to troubleshoot challenges and improve the process.
• Prioritise multiple tasks across regions while maintaining candidate experience and efficiency.
• Master ATS and recruiting tools (Workday, GoodTime, Google Suite, Slack) and contribute to dashboards.
• Contribute to regional and global team projects aligned to the Global RC vision.
• Leverage Tableau dashboards to provide insights to recruiters and stakeholders.
