Job summary

Cpl HR Recruitment is seeking an experienced Recruitment and Talent leader to shape workforce strategy for a large national organisation delivering critical public services. You will drive national recruitment, talent management and retention strategies, leading transformation and workforce initiatives with executive stakeholders.

You will oversee a specialist team, manage budgets and external suppliers, and use workforce data to influence policy and decision-making.

Qualifications

• Degree qualified (Level 8+ or equivalent) in HR, Business, Management, Organisational Development, Psychology, or related field.
• 5+ years' management experience within recruitment, talent management, workforce planning, change, or project management in a large organisation.
• Proven leadership experience managing teams, budgets, contracts, and external suppliers.
• Strong stakeholder management and influencing skills across complex environments.
• Experience using workforce data and insights to support strategic decision-making.
• Track record of delivering large-scale change and transformation programmes.
• Excellent governance, compliance, and operational management capabilities.
