Salesforce is seeking a Recruiting Coordinator to partner with Talent Delivery and Hiring teams to deliver an exceptional candidate experience. The role covers the full interview lifecycle, coordinating schedules, travel, and onboarding logistics, with exposure to multiple business units at regional to global levels.

You will work with recruiting tools and dashboards to improve scheduling efficiency, while supporting ongoing cross-border projects and process improvements.

• Schedule and coordinate interviews across regional and global levels.
• Coordinate travel and reimbursements for candidates.
• Greet onsite candidates and manage logistics.
• Audit employment agreements and background checks.
• Partner with recruiters and hiring managers to optimize process.
• Prioritize tasks across regions while maintaining efficiency and equity.
• Master applicant tracking systems and recruiting tools.
• Contribute to regional and global projects aligned to RC vision.
• Provide insights via Tableau dashboards to stakeholders.
