Salesforce in Dublin is hiring an Account Executive for the Sweden SMB market. Based in our hybrid Dublin hub with relocation support, you will own the end-to-end sales cycle, selling Salesforce Customer 360 and Agentforce to new and existing customers. You’ll partner with cross-functional teams and drive strategic growth in the Swedish market.

Fluency in Swedish and English is required, and you’ll engage with C-level stakeholders to shape value propositions and close complex deals.

Qualifications

• Quota carrying, technology solution-based direct sales experience.
• Create territory and account plans to achieve sales objectives by identifying and qualifying prospects.
• Uncovers a prospect’s processes, challenges, and goals from use cases and value hypotheses.
• Identifies compelling value propositions addressing customer needs with technical understanding.
• Interacting with customers clearly using multiple channels and tools.
• Continuously uses available resources to drive toward results.
• Aligns with account team and partners to support the deal and customer success.
• Fluency in Swedish and English.

Responsibilities

• Lead a dedicated customer set in Sweden, managing complex sales projects from lead generation to closing.
• Drive performance with a focus on new business acquisition and expansion.
• Use a consultative approach to align Salesforce AI and Data solutions with customer goals.
• Develop trusted relationships with C-level decision-makers through digital and in-person engagements.
• Partner with Business Development, Pre-sales, and Marketing to optimize the Swedish market funnel.
