Job summary

Salesforce is seeking an Account Executive for the Norway SMB market, based in Dublin with a hybrid setup. You will own the end-to-end sales cycle, selling Salesforce Customer 360 and Agentforce—driving AI-enabled transformation for customers.

Fluent Norwegian and English are required; relocation support is provided. You will work across sales, pre-sales, and marketing to close strategic opportunities and expand within accounts.

Qualifications

• Quota carrying, technology solution-based direct sales experience.
• Ability to create territory and account plans to achieve objectives.
• Ability to uncover processes, challenges and goals from customer use cases.

Responsibilities

• Lead a dedicated customer set in the Norway market from lead to close.
• Drive new business and expansion with a strategic focus.
• Use consultative approach to align Salesforce AI and Data solutions.
• Develop relationships with C-level decision-makers through digital and in-person meetings.
• Collaborate with BDR, Pre-sales and Marketing to optimize the Norway funnel.
