Salesforce is hiring a Account Executive focusing on the German, Austrian or Swiss SMB market. Based in our Dublin hub, you will lead the end-to-end sales cycle, selling the Salesforce Customer 360 platform and Agentforce—driving AI-powered transformation for DACH SMBs.

Location is Dublin, Ireland (Hybrid) with relocation support. You will balance new business with expansion within existing accounts, engaging C-level buyers and collaborating with cross-functional teams.

Responsibilities

• Full cycle sales from lead generation to close.

• Consultatively map Salesforce AI/Data solutions to client goals.
• Build trusted relationships with C-level decision-makers.
• Collaborate with BDR, pre-sales, and marketing to optimize the funnel.
