Salesforce is hiring a Territory Account Executive for the Sweden SMB market. Based in Dublin (hybrid), relocation support is provided. You will own end-to-end sales for Sweden, balancing new business with expansion in existing accounts, selling Salesforce Customer 360 and Agentforce AI solutions.

The role requires full professional fluency in Swedish and English, with a focus on consultative, solution-based selling and cross-functional teamwork to meet quotas.

Qualifications

• Quota carrying, technology solution-based direct sales experience.
• Territory and account planning to achieve sales objectives.
• Research and discovery of customer processes, business challenges, and goals.
• Solutioning to address customer needs with technological solutions.
• Clear, concise communication with customers via written, verbal, and presentation channels.

Responsibilities

• Full Cycle Sales: Lead a dedicated customer set in the Sweden market from lead generation to closing.
• Strategic Growth: Drive performance with focus on new business acquisition and expansion.
• Solution Selling: Use consultative approach to align Salesforce AI/Data solutions with customer goals.
• Relationship Building: Build trusted C-level relationships through regular digital and in-person meetings.
• Cross-Functional Collaboration: Partner with BD, Pre-sales, and Marketing to optimize the Sweden market funnel.
