Leadout Capital is seeking an Account Executive to lead the Sweden SMB market from our Dublin hub. You will sell Salesforce Customer 360 and Agentforce, balancing new business with strategic expansion while collaborating with cross-functional teams.

Fluency in Swedish and English is required, as is a proven quota-bearing sales track record. This hybrid role includes relocation assistance to Dublin for onboarding and success.

Responsibilities

• Own end-to-end sales for the Sweden market (ESMB) from lead to close.
• Drive strategic growth with focus on new business and expansion.
• Utilise a consultative approach to map customer needs to Salesforce AI and Data solutions.
• Build trusted C-level relationships through digital and in-person engagements.
• Partner with Business Development, Pre-sales, and Marketing to optimise the Sweden market funnel.
