Job summary

Salesforce, Inc. in Dublin seeks an Account Executive for the Sweden market. You’ll own the full sales cycle from prospecting to close, selling the Salesforce platform and AI-enabled CRM to Swedish businesses, with a focus on new logos and expansion.

Based in our Dublin hub, you’ll balance strategic account growth with hands-on deal delivery. You’ll collaborate with BDRs, Pre-Sales and Marketing, build trusted executive relationships, and apply solution selling to map business challenges to

Qualifications

• Fluent Swedish and English required.
• Experience in quota-carrying tech or SaaS sales.
• Ability to map customer needs to Salesforce AI/Data solutions.
• Track record of managing end-to-end sales cycles.
• Familiarity with MEDDPICC, Challenger, or Value Selling is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end sales in the Sweden market.
• Develop territory and account plans to identify and close opportunities.
• Prospect, qualify and close new logos and expansion business.
• Collaborate with BDR, Pre-sales, and Marketing to optimize the funnel and close deals.
