Peak Technologies is seeking a Sales Manager to lead an inside (office-based) and field sales team across the island of Ireland. You will drive sustainable revenue and gross-margin growth, work with the Sales Director, and develop team capabilities while maintaining accurate forecasting.

Ideal candidates have B2B sales leadership experience, strong data-driven decision making, and proficiency with CRM tools. Travel within assigned markets may be required.

Competenze

• Experience leading a B2B sales team and delivering revenue and gross-margin targets.
• Strong capability in sales planning, pipeline management, forecasting, coaching, performance management and commercial negotiation.
• Clear written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to present to customers, colleagues and senior leaders.
• Sound judgement, analytical ability and confidence using data to prioritise activity and make decisions.

Mansioni

• Carry both an individual and a team quota for revenue and margin delivery.
• Develop and deliver annual and quarterly sales plans aligned with company strategy and budgets.
• Lead, coach and develop Sales Representatives through regular one-to-ones and team meetings.
• Provide accurate weekly, monthly and quarterly forecasts for revenue, gross margin, pipeline and customer retention.
• Maintain high-quality CRM data and ensure information is complete, accurate and current.
• Review sales activity and outcomes and take corrective action as needed.
• Partner with Marketing to plan campaigns and vendor-led programmes for Irish and assigned markets.
• Identify opportunities using market data and competitor intelligence and support pricing decisions.
• Build relationships with key customers and partners; support negotiations and account plans.
