Job summary

Force Recruitment and Outsourcing is seeking a Sales Representative to develop and grow business across Ireland, with ownership of the full sales cycle in pharma, biotech, medical devices and electronics sectors. Qualifications

• 3–5+ years in B2B technical sales.
• Experience selling into regulated manufacturing environments.
• Full Irish driving licence and willingness to travel.
• Strong presentation and communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Research and identify new sales opportunities, generate leads and target potential customers.
• Develop and maintain strong relationships with existing customers and identify opportunities for account growth.
• Own the complete sales cycle from initial prospecting through to quotation, negotiation and close.
• Meet customers to understand their technical, operational and commercial requirements.
• Build relationships with engineering, manufacturing, quality, validation, procurement and senior stakeholders.
• Prepare quotations, technical submissions and solution proposals where required.
• Present and negotiate solutions, demonstrating clear commercial value to the customer.
• Demonstrate relevant portable equipment and instrumentation.
• Organise customer visits and participate in conferences, exhibitions, trade fairs and networking events.
• Support marketing and MarCom activity within the Irish market.
• Keep up to date with relevant industry guidance, regulations and market developments.
• Monitor competitor activity and developments.
• Maintain accurate CRM records, pipeline information and sales forecasts.
• Work closely with technical, applications and service teams to ensure the right solution is delivered.
• Take ownership of the Irish territory and proactively identify opportunities to grow the business.
