Job summary

Force is seeking a commercially driven technical sales professional to own a defined territory across Ireland, combining home-based and field-based activities. The role targets pharmaceutical, biotech, medical-device and electronics customers, with a strong emphasis on building relationships and closing new business.

You will manage the full sales cycle, from lead generation to close, and work with engineering, manufacturing and procurement teams to tailor solutions.

Qualifications

• 3–5+ years' B2B technical sales experience.
• Experience selling into high-technology manufacturing sectors such as pharma/biotech/electronics.
• Proven track record of developing new business and meeting sales targets.

Responsibilities

• Own the complete sales cycle from lead generation through to quotation, negotiation and close.
• Develop and manage customer relationships and identify opportunities for account growth.
• Travel across Ireland to visit customers and deliver solutions.
