SRS Recruitment Solutions is assisting a family-owned global leader in construction fixings to appoint a Regional Manager (Technical) for Ireland. Field-based role covering the Republic of Ireland, you will build the region from ground up, establishing distributor networks and driving specification of FireStop and cavity barrier systems.

You’ll present technically, train on-site, and guide projects from specification to installation, with autonomy and the backing of a global engineering

Qualificações

• Proven technical sales experience in construction fixings, fire protection, or related building products.
• Strong understanding of fixing systems and passive fire protection (cavity barriers, firestopping).
• Confident engaging with specifiers, architects, fire engineers, and contractors at a technical level.
• Track record of winning specification and managing full sales cycles on technical, project-based work.
• Genuine appetite for building a territory from scratch; travel across Ireland.

Responsabilidades

• Build Ireland presence from scratch by establishing relationships with contractors, specifiers, architects and fire engineers.
• Drive specification and adoption of FireStop and cavity barrier systems and broader fixings portfolio.
• Establish and grow distributor and merchant networks across the territory from zero.
• Deliver technical presentations, CPD seminars, and on-site product training to build market credibility.
• Identify new business opportunities and support major construction projects from spec to installation.
• Provide technical guidance on product selection, fire compliance, and system performance.
• Collaborate with technical, marketing and customer service teams to shape Ireland strategy.
• Represent the business at industry events and trade bodies in Ireland.
