Job summary

Leadout Capital is seeking a highly experienced Success Manager to partner with customers, accelerate value realization, and drive adoption of Salesforce across clouds and industries. You will work closely with executive sponsors to understand business goals, guide strategy, and ensure successful outcomes.

Qualifications

• 7–10 years of relevant industry expertise required.
• In-depth knowledge in one or more lines of business (LoBs) - a specific cloud or industry.
• Strong consulting skills and ability to drive business value as a Trusted Advisor.
• Ability to drive conversations at the C-level and handle objections.
• Fluency in Arabic and English is required.

Responsibilities

• Use our Customer Success Methodology to understand goals and provide recommendations to accelerate business and technology objectives.
• Develop knowledge of customers' Salesforce implementation and evangelize Salesforce capabilities across Clouds.
• Guide customers on organizational strategy, governance, and change processes based on needs.
• Demonstrate hands-on Salesforce product knowledge applying platform features to business priorities and roadmaps.
• Identify risks to achieving goals and collaborate on risk mitigation plans with the account team.
• Create an adoption path showing current state, target state, timeline, and enablement plan.
• Deliver business value and innovation by understanding customer challenges and growth potential.
• Build executive relationships with IT and business sponsors to solidify partnership.
• Coordinate with Salesforce Executives to network within accounts and help customers reach goals.
• Recommend additional Salesforce services as needed.
