Qualifications

• 7–10 years of relevant industry expertise.
• In-depth knowledge of one or more LoBs — a specific cloud or industry.
• Strong consulting skills and trusted-advisor capability.
• Ability to drive conversations at the C-level and handle objections.
• Fluency in Spanish & English is required for this opportunity.

Responsibilities

• Use Customer Success Methodology to understand goals, assess capabilities, and provide recommendations to accelerate business and technology objectives.
• Develop knowledge of customers' Salesforce implementation and evangelize the Cloud capabilities across Salesforce Clouds.
• Guide customers on organizational strategy, governance and change management processes.
• Demonstrate Salesforce product knowledge by applying platform features to customer priorities and roadmap.
• Identify risks and work with the account team to mitigate them.
• Create an adoption plan showing current and target states with timelines.
• Deliver business value and innovation by addressing customers' key challenges and growth potential.
• Build executive relationships with IT and business leaders and sponsors to strengthen the partnership.
• Collaborate with Salesforce Executives to network within accounts and pursue additional services.
