Job summary

Salesforce Dublin is seeking a Senior Success Manager to partner with customers, accelerate value, and realize ROI from Salesforce investments. You will specialize in one or more lines of business, aligning with cloud offerings and industry needs to ensure customer value realization.

In this role you will build executive relationships, guide governance and change management, and apply Salesforce capabilities across clouds to drive adoption and growth.

Qualifications

• 7-10 years of relevant industry expertise.
• In‑depth knowledge in one or more LoBs - a specific cloud or industry.
• Strong consulting skills and confirmed results working as a Trusted Advisor to drive business value for customers.
• Ability to drive effective and influential conversations at the C‑level; facilitate difficult discussions and be adept at handling objections.
• Any additional European language is highly desirable for this role.

Responsibilities

• Use Salesforce Success Methodology to understand goals and provide recommendations to accelerate business value.
• Develop knowledge of customers' Salesforce implementation and evangelize cross-cloud capabilities.
• Guide customer on organizational strategy, governance and change management training processes.
• Demonstrate Salesforce product knowledge by applying platform features to business priorities.
• Identify risks to customers' goals and work with the account team to mitigate risks.
• Create and implement a comprehensive adoption path with current and target states with a timeline.
• Build executive relationships with IT and business leaders to strengthen partnership and sponsorship.
• Network within accounts from executive level to drive customer success and expansion.
• Recommend additional Salesforce services and advisory experts when needed.
• Proactively communicate product changes, updates, and end-of-life information.
