Job summary

Salesforce is seeking a Customer Success Manager in Dublin to partner with customers, drive ongoing value, and guide digital journeys across Salesforce clouds. You’ll operate as a trusted advisor at senior levels, aligning business goals with product capabilities and fostering executive relationships to ensure long-term success.

The role requires strong consulting skills, 7–10 years of experience in customer success or related fields, and a demonstrated ability to influence C‑level stakeholders

Qualifications

• 7–10 years of relevant industry experience.
• In‑depth knowledge in one or more LoBs – a specific cloud or industry.
• Strong consulting skills and proven Trusted Advisor results.
• Ability to drive effective conversations at the C‑level; handle objections.
• Any additional European language is highly desirable.

Responsibilities

• Understand goals, assess capabilities, and provide recommendations to accelerate business value.
• Develop knowledge of Salesforce implementation and evangelize cloud capabilities.
• Guide organizational strategy, governance and change processes per customer needs.
• Demonstrate Salesforce knowledge by applying features to customer priorities and roadmap.
• Identify risks and work with the account team to mitigate them.
• Create and implement an adoption path showing current and target states with timelines.
• Deliver business value and innovation by understanding customer challenges and growth potential.
• Build executive relationships with IT and business leaders to strengthen the partnership.
