Zusammenfassung

ESB Networks is seeking a Large Customer Manager in Ireland to lead strategy, governance and performance for large demand customers. The role coordinates internal delivery, engages senior stakeholders, and shapes product and process improvements in a complex, regulated environment.

Based in Dublin with Smart Working, the role requires strong commercial acumen, change leadership and 10+ years’ relevant experience.

Qualifikationen

Minimum of 10 years’ experience in commercial/customer/regulatory/infrastructure roles.
Proven ability to set strategy, lead change and deliver senior-level outcomes.
Strong stakeholder management with internal and external bodies.
Experience leading cross-functional process improvements, governance or operating model change.
Strong commercial acumen and ability to influence policy, process and investment priorities.
Excellent communication, presentation and analytical skills.

Develop and lead the large customer strategy aligned with ESB Networks’ objectives.
