Job summary

ESB Networks is seeking a Senior Large Customer Manager to lead strategic direction, governance and performance for large demand customers. The role drives a scalable engagement model across the organisation, balancing customer outcomes with network integrity and regulatory obligations.

The successful candidate will shape product and process improvements, support policy development, and manage senior stakeholders across government bodies and major customers. This is a hybrid role based in Dublin.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 10 years’ relevant experience in a commercial, customer, technical, regulatory, infrastructure or energy sector role.
• Demonstrated experience setting strategy, leading change and delivering outcomes at a senior level.
• Proven ability to lead, develop and motivate teams in a complex and changing environment.

Responsibilities

• Lead, develop and inspire a multi-disciplinary team, building organisational capability to respond to scale, complexity and pace of change in the large customer area.
• Develop and lead the large customer strategy, ensuring alignment with ESB Networks' strategy, PR6 objectives, the Climate Action Plan and wider policy.
• Set the strategic direction and operating model for large customer engagement, including governance, resourcing, digital enablement, customer experience and performance management.
