Job summary

ESB Networks is seeking a Change and Engagement Team Lead to drive change management across Distribution Markets and System Operation. You will shape roadmaps, coordinate with senior stakeholders, and lead a team through complex organisational changes.

The role requires 5+ years of experience and a 3rd level qualification, with a flexible Dublin-based hybrid setup and a commitment to a net-zero energy future.

Qualifications

• 5+ years change management experience.
• Ability to lead with senior stakeholders and cross-functional teams.
• Experience coordinating with external suppliers and partners.
• Experience with organisational design and HR processes for major change.

Responsibilities

• Own and champion the change roadmap for the DMSO and communicate with ESBN staff.
• Develop and maintain Change Management plan for impacted areas.
• Business readiness activities including stakeholder management, communications, and end-to-end training delivery.
• Monitor and report on the business transition and plan interventions.
• Collaborate with external partners to deliver a comprehensive change and engagement strategy.
• Lead a change management team in Operation Solutions Delivery.
• Provide weekly status updates to PM.
