Qualifications

• Proven experience in Strategy Consulting with demonstrated expertise in Customer Strategy or Digital Transformation.
• Proven track record delivering complex B2C and B2B client projects in fast-paced environments.
• Customer and commercial acumen with ability to translate drivers into strategic recommendations.
• Strong communication with C-suite stakeholders and cross-functional teams.

Responsibilities

• Partner with senior client stakeholders to understand priorities and shape transformation programs.
• Identify opportunities for market disruption and develop differentiated value propositions.
• Lead design of business strategies and future-state customer experiences.
• Translate objectives into actionable delivery priorities bridging strategy and execution.
• Manage client relationships and Deloitte teams to ensure value and knowledge transfer.
• Mentor junior team members and contribute to growth of the Customer Strategy practice.
