Job summary

ONNEC Group is seeking a Business Development Manager to join our Dublin office. You will drive growth in IT infrastructure projects across the Irish market, engaging new customers and building a robust pipeline.

You’ll collaborate with Sales, Estimating and Technical teams to craft tailored proposals, negotiate deals, and close opportunities while representing ONNEC Ireland at industry events and through targeted campaigns.

Qualifications

• Proven experience in ICT infrastructure sales and BDM roles.
• Strong negotiation and closing skills.
• Ability to identify and develop new business opportunities.
• Experience with a CRM system and MS Office tools.

Responsibilities

• Proactively identify, target and engage new customers and key decisionmakers.
• Build and manage a strong new business pipeline through prospecting, networking, referrals, LinkedIn and industry events.
• Develop relationships with customers, consultants, partners and other influencers to create new routes to market.
• Own opportunities from initial engagement and qualification through to proposal, negotiation and close.
• Work closely with Sales, Estimating and Technical teams to develop strong customer solutions and proposals.
• Deliver against agreed new business, pipeline and annual sales targets.
• Attend industry events, trade shows and networking opportunities with a clear focus on lead generation and opening new doors.
• Work with Marketing on targeted campaigns to reach prospective customers and key decisionmakers.
• Maintain an accurate and active sales pipeline, with clear next steps and a strong focus on conversion.
• Help grow ONNEC Ireland’s presence by winning new customers and developing new market opportunities.
