Zusammenfassung

ONNEC Group is seeking a Business Development Manager to drive IT Infrastructure projects from Dublin. You will identify new customers, build a robust pipeline and develop value-rich proposals in collaboration with sales and technical teams.

Reporting to the Commercial Director for Infrastructure Project sales, you will expand our national footprint. This full-time role requires a proactive, results-driven mindset, strong negotiation skills and the ability to travel for client events.

Qualifikationen

• Ambitious, enthusiastic & self-motivated attitude.
• Results oriented with strong negotiation skills.
• Experience working with ICT infrastructure projects is preferred.
• Proficient using Microsoft Office and CRM systems.

Aufgaben

• Identify new customers and key decisionmakers proactively.
• Build and manage a strong new business pipeline via prospecting, networking, referrals, and events.
• Research target accounts and develop opportunities with consultants and partners.
• Own opportunities from engagement through to proposal, negotiation and close.
• Collaborate with Sales, Estimating and Technical teams on solutions.
• Deliver against new business, pipeline and annual sales targets.
• Attend industry events and network to generate leads.
• Support targeted marketing campaigns to reach prospective customers.
