Job summary

INNOVATE, a leading Irish technology solutions provider, seeks a Business Development Manager to drive new business growth and build strong commercial relationships with prospects and existing clients. You will identify opportunities, understand customer challenges, and position INNOVATE's MSP solutions to deliver real business value.

You will coordinate with tech and delivery teams to ensure commercially sound proposals.

Qualifications

• 3+ years' experience in Business Development, Account Management, or B2B technology sales.
• Experience selling technology solutions and services within an IT Managed Service Provider, technology services, or similar environment.
• Proven experience generating and developing commercial opportunities.
• Experience managing opportunities through the full sales cycle.
• Experience engaging with senior IT and business stakeholders.
• Strong understanding of cloud, cybersecurity, managed services, and related tech.
• CRM and pipeline forecasting proficiency.
