Salesforce is seeking an Account Executive for the UK/I SMB Fintech market, based in Dublin. You will lead the end‑to‑end sales cycle, balancing new business with expansion within existing accounts, and promoting Salesforce Customer 360 and Agentforce.

You will engage with C‑level leaders, work with cross‑functional teams, and drive strategic growth while leveraging AI, Data, and CRM capabilities to meet customer goals. The role is based in Dublin with the opportunity to shape the agentic era.

Qualifications

• Proven track record of quota‑bearing software/tech sales.
• Ability to plan and manage a territory to hit targets.
• Strong discovery skills to uncover customer needs.
• Demonstrated capability to craft value propositions.
• Clear, concise written and verbal communication with customers.
• Resourceful in leveraging internal assets to win deals.
• Experience in collaborating with cross‑functional teams.
• Fluent English in communication with stakeholders.

Responsibilities

• Lead full cycle sales in the UK/I SMB Fintech market from prospecting to close.
• Drive new business and expansion within accounts.
• Apply a consultative, solution‑selling approach to align Salesforce AI/Data solutions.
• Build trusted relationships with C‑level decision makers.
• Collaborate with BDE, Pre‑sales and Marketing to optimize the sales funnel.
