Job summary

Salesforce is seeking a results-driven Success Manager to partner with customers, driving adoption and value realization across Salesforce Clouds. You will work closely with executives to align strategy, governance, and change management, ensuring long-term customer success in Ireland.

The role requires deep industry knowledge, strong consulting skills, and fluent French and English communication to influence at the C‑level and across diverse stakeholders.

Qualifications

• 7-10 years of relevant industry expertise.
• In‑depth knowledge in one or more LoBs (cloud or industry).
• Strong consulting skills and proven results as a Trusted Advisor.
• Ability to drive executive conversations at the C‑level; handle objections.

Responsibilities

• Use our Customer Success Methodology to understand goals and provide recommendations.
• Develop knowledge of Salesforce implementation and evangelize cloud capabilities.
• Guide customer on governance and organizational change processes.
• Demonstrate Salesforce product knowledge by mapping features to priorities.
• Identify risks and work with the account team on mitigation plans.
• Create an adoption path with current/target state and timeline.
• Deliver business value and drive growth by understanding customer challenges.
• Build executive relationships with IT and business sponsors.
• Collaborate with Salesforce Executives to network within accounts.
• Recommend additional Salesforce services when appropriate.
