Job summary

Salesforce, Inc. is seeking an experienced Success Manager to partner with customers, guiding them to accelerate business value and realized ROI across Salesforce Clouds. The role focuses on one or more LoBs, with senior-level client engagement and governance-by-design responsibilities.

You will build executive relationships, identify risks, and map adoption plans while collaborating with the account team and Salesforce senior leaders to drive strategic outcomes for large-scale deployments.

Qualifications

• 7–10 years of relevant industry experience.
• In-depth knowledge of one or more lines of business (LoBs) or industries.
• Strong consulting skills and proven results as a Trusted Advisor to drive business value.
• Ability to drive effective conversations at the C-level and handle objections.

Responsibilities

• Use the Customer Success Methodology to understand goals, assess capabilities, and provide recommendations.
• Develop knowledge of customers' Salesforce implementation and evangelize capabilities across Clouds.
• Guide customers on governance and organizational change processes as needed.
• Demonstrate hands-on Salesforce product knowledge applying platform features to business priorities.
• Identify risks and work with the account team to mitigate them.
• Create adoption paths with current state, target state, timeline, and enablement plan.
• Deliver business value by understanding customers' challenges and growth potential.
• Build executive-level relationships with IT and business leaders to strengthen the partnership.
• Collaborate with the account team and Salesforce Executives to network within accounts at multiple levels.
