Job summary

You will build executive relationships and guide organizational change to realize business value. The role is full-time in Ireland with flexible office options and a hybrid work model.

Qualifications

• 7–10 years of relevant industry experience.
• Experience as a trusted advisor to drive business value.
• Ability to conduct influential conversations at the C-level.

Responsibilities

• Use Salesforce Customer Success Methodology to understand goals, assess capabilities, and provide recommendations.
• Develop knowledge of customers' Salesforce implementation and evangelize capabilities across Clouds.
• Guide customers on governance and organizational change processes based on needs.
• Demonstrate Salesforce product knowledge by applying platform features to priorities and roadmap.
• Identify risks and build mitigation plans with the account team.
