Banner Plaza in Ennis is seeking an Assistant Manager to support the Store Manager and lead a team in delivering high-quality service, managing operations, stock and customer experience on shift. You will supervise staff, assist with recruitment, training, and performance, ensure compliance with health and safety, HACCP, and company standards, and drive turnover while upholding integrity.

This role requires flexibility in working hours and a proactive approach to problem-solving and guest
